Hey everyone! I’m bringing back my music-sharing column with a new monthly series: a mini chart of the records I’m obsessed with right now. From timeless classics to new heat, here’s my #September selection!
#daxdj

1. 🎶🏠 Farley “Jackmaster” Funk – No Vocals Necessary (1988)
An absolute essential. If you don’t own this classic, fix it now. @farleyjackmasterfunk

2. 🏄♂️💎 Polygon Window – Surfing On Sine Waves (Expanded Edition)
The reissue is finally here! Only one copy made it to Vicenza back in the day. @warprecords

3. 🎣💾 Various Artists – Telepathic Fish
’90s electronic sounds that are still unbelievably relevant. Proof that good music is timeless. @fundamentalfrequencies.co.uk

4. 🌃🇮🇹 Luciano Esse – The Early Hours EP
You can really hear Luciano’s experience. A solid, refined EP and a great-sounding piece of Italy! @lucianoesse

5. 🔥🎛️ MFC – Healthy Obsession EP
An overwhelming blend of techno and house, recorded entirely with analog gear. That warmth is real. @seventhsignscotland

6. 🧪🔊 Roy of the Ravers v Jake Buckley – Isle of Acid
Pure acid and rave attitude. Not for everyone, but those who get it, get it!

7. 🇩🇪💯 Zero Zero – Synchronicity EP
Picked this up at Hardwax in Berlin. Holic Trax is the label of @tomoooooki__tamura, whom I admire a lot. A must-have record!

8. 🕺🕺 Gentry Ice / Adonis – Do You Wanna Jack / Lost In The Sound
Another essential classic for acid lovers. Pure groove, pure energy.

9. 😵💫🌌 Shinichi Atobe – Whispers Into The Void
After some initial indecision, it completely mesmerized me. A sonic journey you absolutely have to hear. @shinichi_atobe_ @boomkatonline
10. 🕰️💿 Move D – Cymbelin (1996)
Grabbed this gem at Music Power in Vicenza. Track: HD800. Fun fact: I invited Move D to spin with me at Bar Sartea in 2009 for the Jazz Not Dead festival! What a memory! @move_d.photos [ra.co/events/70116]
